Refund policy

For unopened products, U.S customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return their order. Original shipping costs will not be refunded for orders under $60, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not accept returns on international orders at this time. 

If you’ve had a reaction to a Dieux product within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at orders@dieuxskin.com, and we will work to find a resolution.

For opened products, we offer refunds if you've had a reaction or received a defective product. This policy applies to both U.S. and international orders. Please reach out to us with your order number at orders@dieuxskin.com, and we will help troubleshoot.
