Is The Everything Ritual considered a full routine? How do I use these products together?

Once you’ve cleansed with Ethereal Cleansing Oil, gently pat 1-2 pumps of Deliverance 3-in-1 Repair Serum onto your face and neck, then seal everything in with a quarter-sized dollop of Instant Angel Lipid-Rich Firming Moisturizer for an instant dewy glow.

Is The Everything Ritual safe for acne-prone skin?

Ethereal Cleansing Oil, Deliverance 3-in-1 Repair Serum, and Instant Angel Lipid-Rich Firming Moisturizer are all non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic, meaning they have been found to not clog pores or exacerbate existing acne. That said, everyone's skin is different, so we recommend patch testing before introducing any new product into your routine.

Do I need to double cleanse after using Ethereal Cleansing Oil?

Ultimately, this is optional. We tested 2 pumps on full glam and a longwear lip, and Ethereal broke it all down without requiring a second cleanse. We recommend rinsing more than you're used to if you're skipping that second cleanse. If you have oily or breakout-prone skin, we recommend an extra-thorough approach that includes double cleansing with Baptism Gel Cleanser to give your pores even more attention.

Is Ethereal Cleansing Oil safe to use around the eye area?

Yes! Ethereal is ophthalmologist-tested, safe for sensitive eyes, and safe for contact lens wearers. Ethereal will remove stubborn or waterproof shadows, liners, and mascara without irritation. As always, keep your eyes closed when cleansing and rinsing.

Is Ethereal Cleansing Oil only recommended for removing a full face of makeup? Can I use it on makeup-free skin, too?

It’s all personal preference! If you have incredibly dry or sensitive skin, Ethereal may be your favorite cleanser, regardless of makeup removal. Just make sure to fully rinse, and for low levels of makeup and sunscreen, one pump is more than enough.

Can Deliverance 3-in-1 Serum be used with vitamin C?

While Deliverance can replace a vitamin C serum, as it targets the same concerns (dark spots, appearance of wrinkles), it has the added benefit of also calming skin. That being said, if you love your vitamin C serum, Deliverance can be used alongside it. The order of application depends on the thickness of your vitamin C; if it's very oily or thick, apply Deliverance first.

Can Deliverance 3-in-1 Serum be used with retinoids like Firm Revival HydroRetinal Firming Serum?

Yes! After cleansing at night, apply Deliverance, then allow your skin to fully dry before applying Firm Revival. Ordering in this case doesn’t really matter, but since Deliverance has a lighter water-based texture, layering it first can help ensure both serums absorb seamlessly into the skin. For prescription retinoids like tretinoin, we recommend using Deliverance in the morning when you're not using tretinoin to start. After about a week or two, you can use Deliverance twice a day by applying tretinoin as your prescription states and following with Deliverance. A reminder: Most prescriptions advise applying tretinoin to dry skin at night. We always recommend incorporating new products one at a time, low and slow, and patch testing. This especially applies when combining active ingredients, like niacinamide in Deliverance, with prescription-strength topicals. Deliverance is generally safe to use in tandem with prescription retinoids, but if in doubt, consulting with your dermatologist is always recommended.

Is The Everything Ritual safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?

While all of our formulas are reviewed by a toxicologist, we recommend always consulting your medical provider to make the most informed decisions for your skin.

How do I use the Squeeze Key?

Once you've used most of the product in your moisturizer tube, flatten the top of your tube. Slide the Squeeze Key onto the top of the tube. Roll your Squeeze Key down, dispensing product as you need. Note: Squeeze Keys should be used when you need help getting the product out. Using it too soon can crack the aluminum tube.
