- If you have Route package protection, file a claim here.
- If for ANY reason, Route is giving you issues, email us that thread (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know so we may handle. NOTE: it may take 3 days to get a response as our customer service is also taking it easy! If you made an error on your order know we always reship so please do not panic, we want you to get your Dieux too!
