Our customer care business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST. We do our best to respond within 24 hours. During holiday and sale periods, we kindly ask to allow up to 2 business days for a response.

How do I cancel an order?+–
Please email us at orders@dieuxskin.com with the word "Cancel" in the subject line as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed, but we'll dieux our best.

What forms of payment do you accept?+–
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards. We also offer Express Checkout options, including PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo. We are unable to accept Discover payments, prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

U.S. Shipping

Where do you ship within the U.S.?+–
We ship everywhere within the continental U.S.
Standard Shipping is available for U.S. domestic addresses and is shipped via DHL (with expected delivery within 5-8 business days of fulfillment) for $5. This shipping method is free for all orders over $60 shipping within the U.S.
Express Shipping is available for U.S. domestic locations and is shipped via FedEx for $16.99 (with expected delivery within 2-3 business days of fulfillment). Express Shipping is free for all orders over $175 shipping within the U.S. -
When will my order ship?+–
Our warehouse operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday through Friday can be expected to leave our warehouse that same business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST Monday through Friday or on a national holiday are not guaranteed same-day fulfillment and are subject to ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.

When will my order arrive?+–
Orders placed with Standard Shipping will deliver within 5-8 business days from leaving our warehouse. Orders placed with Express Shipping will deliver within 2-3 days from leaving our warehouse.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe of the shipping method you selected upon placing it, please email our customer care team at orders@dieuxskin.com, and we'll be happy to advise.

We ship to over 200 countries via an international shipping partner, Passport Shipping. Click here to learn more.

What shipping service do you use?+–
Passport Shipping is a modern shipping provider that helps direct-to-consumer brands ship their products internationally. They will be your main go-to for all questions once your order has left the warehouse. Please message Passport support at help@passportshipping.com (with orders@dieuxskin.com CC’ed for our visibility) for any questions regarding your order’s shipping progress.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?+–
To Canada, we offer a $15 CAD flat shipping rate on orders under $135 CAD. Orders $135+ reflects a shipping cost combined with a duties and taxes cost that is incurred by the customer.
For shipping outside of North America, shipping costs will depend on your region, package weight, and cost of goods. The shipping fee you’ll see at checkout reflects a shipping cost combined with a duties and taxes cost that is incurred by the customer. -
When will my order ship?+–

We do not accept returns on international orders at this time. If you’ve had a reaction to a Dieux product within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at orders@dieuxskin.com, and we can work to find a resolution.

My package is stuck in transit. Help!+–
International couriers sometimes experience delays in scanning packages. We kindly ask our international customers to allow up to 4 weeks from the order date for their packages to be delivered before reaching out to report an order lost or stolen.
If your order has exceeded this window, contact us at orders@dieuxskin.com. While we're unable to ship replacement orders internationally at this time, we'll do all that we can to help.

Why is Skin Mercy unavailable for purchase in Canada?+–
Because Skin Mercy Recovery Cream is an over-the-counter moisturizer, Canada classifies it as a medicated skincare product. This means it must be regulated by Health Canada and meet a list of requirements, which includes completing a government review and registration process, receiving a natural product number (NPN), and receiving a Canadian site license and foreign site registration number (FSRN) to prove that our facility is at the same standard and quality as a Health Canada Certified Facility. We are actively working to get Skin Mercy registered so we can bring it to Canada as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

Why is Deliverance 3-in-1 Serum unavailable outside of the U.S.?+–
Deliverance 3-in-1 Repair Serum contains cannabinoids, which are a class of ingredients derived from the cannabis plant. Deliverance contains three cannabinoids: cannabigerol (CBG), cannabinol (CBN), and cannabidiol (CBD), which are non-psychoactive (i.e., cannot get you high) and have clinically studied soothing, calming, and moisturizing benefits. While they do not enter the bloodstream (and cannot get you high), they are not approved for topical use outside of the U.S.

Refunds & Returns

What are your policies for returns and refunds?+–
For unopened products, U.S customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return their order. As we are a small business, original shipping costs will not be refunded for orders under $60, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not accept returns on international orders at this time.
If you’ve had a reaction to a Dieux product within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at orders@dieuxskin.com, and we will work to find a resolution.
For opened products, we offer refunds if you've had a reaction or received a defective product. This policy applies to both U.S. and international orders. Please reach out to us with your order number at orders@dieuxskin.com, and we will help troubleshoot.

How are refunds issued?+–
Refunds can either be issued back to the original payment method used to make the purchase or issued as store credit.

How does store credit work?+–
Store credit acts as a form of payment at checkout on dieuxskin.com. Store credit never expires.
To access and pay by store credit, you must be signed in to your customer account or Shop Pay account. Once signed in, you’ll be given the option to pay with store credit at checkout.

Discounts & Promotions

Why is my discount code not applying to my order?+–
If you’re having trouble applying a discount code, here are a few factors to consider:
- The discount code has expired. If you received this discount code without a clear expiration date, let us know at orders@dieuxskin.com, and we’ll take a look.
- You’ve already applied a discount code to the order. Discount codes are not stackable unless otherwise noted in the promotional fine print.
- The discount code cannot be combined with a promotional item (i.e., a gift with purchase) that’s already in your cart. If you’d prefer to redeem your discount code instead of the promotional item, you can remove the promotional item from your cart and try the code again.
- The discount code does not apply to the item(s) in your cart. Special edition items, bundles, and gift sets may be excluded from promotions.
- The discount code does not apply to subscription orders. As subscription orders are already discounted, discount codes are not applicable on subscription orders unless otherwise noted in the promotion fine print.
- Your order total doesn’t meet the USD minimum spend requirement. Our minimum spend thresholds for promotions are always based on USD amounts. If shopping outside of the U.S., check the conversion rates between your currency and USD to make sure you’re meeting the promotion’s spend requirement.
Free shipping promotions apply to U.S. orders only. We do not offer free shipping promotions to areas outside of the U.S.

Why is the gift with purchase not applying to my order?+–
If a gift with purchase promotion is not adding, here are a few factors to consider:
- Your order total doesn’t meet the USD minimum spend requirement. Our minimum spend thresholds for gift with purchase promotions are always based on USD amounts.
- You’ve already applied a discount code to the order. Discount codes can lessen the value of an order, overall affecting an order’s eligibility for a gift with purchase if the promotion requires a minimum spend. Additionally, some gift with purchase promotions cannot be combined with discount codes. Please carefully review the terms of the gift with purchase promotion for restrictions.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?+–
If Dieux has become a crucial step in your skincare routine, subscriptions ensure you always stay stocked up by allowing you to set up automatic product replenishments for your favorites delivered at your preferred frequency. Subscribers are given the option to receive their replenishment order every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks (which can always be adjusted in our self-service portal here if needed). We offer tiered percent-off discounts that increase depending on the desired order frequency:
- Every 4 weeks = 12% off
- Every 6 weeks = 11% off
- Every 8 weeks = 10% off
- Every 12 weeks = 8% off
Once enrolled in the subscription program, replenishment orders are placed automatically on each scheduled date (we’ll always let you know via email and text when your upcoming subscription order will be processed, so you’re never caught off guard).

How do I start a subscription?+–
To start a subscription, visit the product page of your favorite product. Instead of clicking “One-time purchase” in the buy box, click “Subscribe & Save” and select your desired replenishment frequency.

How do I manage my subscription account?+–
You can make changes, additions, and upgrades to your subscription and account information (like shipping address, payment info, etc.) at any time by accessing your user portal here. If you need any assistance, our customer care team is happy to help at orders@dieuxskin.com.

Can I skip my upcoming subscription?+–
If your subscription order is coming soon and you do not need more product right now, you can always skip your upcoming order in the user portal here. If you opt to skip your upcoming order, you will not be charged, and the order will not be processed. You’ll receive your next subscription order on the following scheduled date.

I need my next subscription order sooner than the scheduled date. Help!+–
As long as your item is in stock, you’re free to bump up the delivery date in your user portal here.

A product I am subscribed to is out of stock. How will this affect my upcoming subscription order?+–
Subscribers are notified of unavailable inventory a few days before their next subscription is scheduled to process. Subscribers affected by out of stock items have the option to skip their upcoming order or change the delivery date here. If the order is not rescheduled, the current delivery cycle is skipped, and the next order will process normally on its next scheduled date.
If your subscription features several items and one item is out of stock, the order will not ship until the out-of-stock item is replenished. For assistance in this scenario, please contact us at orders@dieuxskin.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you in receiving your in-stock items.

Can I apply a discount code to my subscription order?+–

What are “coins”? How are they earned and redeemed?+–
Coins are rewards with cash value that can be redeemed for a discount code to be used on future purchases. Coins are earned by completing challenges, referring friends to join our TYB community, sharing Obsessions, and making purchases on dieuxskin.com. At Level 1, 1 coin = $0.00344. As you level up, coin value can increase up to 2.5x this value.
You’ll earn 5% cash back in coins every time you shop on dieuxskin.com and on our TYB Shop with the same email tied to your TYB account. For example, if you spend $60 on dieuxskin.com or on the Dieux TYB Shop, you’ll earn 5% back or $3 cash back in coins.
You can redeem your coins during checkout on dieuxskin.com and on our TYB Shop. In order to redeem coins for a discount, your cart total must be $75 minimum (before discounts, shipping cost and taxes are applied).

Are your products clean?+–
Short answer: The word “clean” in beauty has no regulated definition, so we choose not to use it. As a brand co-founded by an expert cosmetic chemist and licensed esthetician, we formulate based on safety and efficacy instead of fear-mongering over specific ingredients. The modern “clean beauty” movement, while well-intentioned, has created a misleading equation that nature = safe and synthetic = harmful. But that’s simply not how chemistry works! In reality, toxicity is always about the dose, not the ingredient itself. Water is toxic at a high enough dose, and plenty of natural ingredients are genuinely dangerous. TLDR: Nuance is everything, and we’re here to go through it together.

What testing do you conduct on all of your products?+–
Every Dieux product goes through a rigorous testing process to ensure safety, stability, and proven results—no shortcuts. We start with stability testing to confirm the formula holds its texture, color, and active ingredient potency over time, followed by compatibility testing in the final packaging to make sure the product performs as intended from first use to last. Next, we conduct safety testing, including:
- HRIPT to ensure the product is non-irritating
- PET to confirm preservatives protect against mold, yeast, and bacteria
- Non-comedogenic/non-acnegenic testing to ensure it won’t clog pores or trigger breakouts
- Ocular safety testing to ensure products are safe and gentle to use around the eye area (even for products not intended for eyes as a precaution)
- For performance, we run clinical efficacy testing via third-party labs using trained graders and advanced skin analysis tools to ensure comprehensive results across a range of skin types and tones, alongside consumer perception studies to gather real-world feedback
All third-party testing is conducted at independent, validated labs to ensure unbiased results. The exact timeline varies by product, but most formulas undergo the full suite of tests before launch, ensuring every claim we make is backed by both science and user experience.

Where are your products made?+–
All Dieux products are formulated in-house in our Brooklyn lab—never white label. This allows us to fully own the formula composition and have full control to optimize ingredients and delivery systems, prioritize efficacy, and create products that are differentiated from anything that exists on the market. Once formulas are finalized in our Brooklyn lab, our products are scaled up at contract manufacturers in the U.S.

Science repeatedly demonstrates that parabens are safe for use in cosmetics; however, we made a business decision to formulate without them because the market has moved on from that conversation, and we’d rather meet our customers where they are. The preservatives we use instead have been vetted by our Head of Product and regulatory agencies in the US and EU to be safe and play well in formulas.
