    • Isn’t Dimethicone comedogenic?

      Not quite. The reality is, there is always going to be an ingredient that breaks out someone. Dimethicone is used so often in acne products because it’s incredibly well studied to be beneficial to acne-prone skin.

    • Does this mean Air Angel won’t break me out?

      Less likely to break you out! We did both comedogenicity and acne testing on Air Angel, meaning we evaluated on acne and oily-prone skin if any new formation of comedones (breakouts) happened after a 2x a day application for 30 days. The independent lab found Air Angel did not. Does this mean you won’t? It depends! But we’re confident to say it’s less likely based on our research and independent research that uses Dimethicone as a base for acne medication.

    • Shouldn’t I be drying out my skin if I have oily or acne-prone skin?

      A common misconception. While you may want to avoid richer products that have thick oils, the reality is your skin in order to function its best should be hydrated with your skin barrier reinforced. How you reinforce the barrier is key. Finding a moisturizer that works for your skin is a basic to any happy skincare routine.
