Ethereal Waitlist Giveaway Terms and Conditions

DIEUX ETHEREAL WAITLIST GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR
Cult Skin Apothecary, Inc. d/b/a Dieux (“Sponsor”), 20 Jay Street, Brooklyn NY 11201

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 26, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible participants must sign up for the Dieux Ethereal waitlist by submitting a valid email address at [insert URL of landing page] during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Ethereal PR Box, which includes one (1) full-size Ethereal product (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $28.00 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $84.00. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
On or about May 27, 2025, three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, using a random selection tool (e.g., miniwebtool.com/random-picker). Winners will be notified via the email address used to join the waitlist. Winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or approval.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway, or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize.

10. DISPUTES
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.

11. PRIVACY
 Information collected from entrants is subject to Dieux’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.dieuxskin.com/pages/privacy-policy.

12. WINNER LIST
